Flowers Wellness is a holistic wellness center conveniently located in Rancho Bernardo. Our mission is to empower patients of all ages to achieve their health and wellness goals. We do this by offering a variety of services curated to help patients achieve balance, health and vibrancy. These services include acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine and more.

Laura Flowers brings a deep compassion and expertise to her acupuncture practice. I came to her with some limitations–because of a previous heart condition, I could not take herbal remedies (which is her specialty).
