Services
Swedish
Massage
A massage with light to medium pressure. The purpose of this massage is to encourage healthy fluid flow and circulation in the body.
Therapeutic
Massage
This massage applies medium to deep pressure. It is a full body massage with some focus on affected or requested areas. This massage is perfect for keeping the body in functional condition and addresses those aches and pains that sneak up on us and can become chronic is not addressed in a timely manner.
Therapeutic Focus
Massage
This massage applies medium to deep pressure focusing on a specific area to address a specific issue or injury. This is great for someone post-injury or post-surgery, after being cleared by their primary care physician. The intention is to help the patient regain function of an injured area.
Abdominal
Massage
Abdominal Massage (Internal Organ) uses light to deep pressure to help bring balance back to the body and
mind by encouraging healthy digestive function and circulation. This massage technique is also great for low back pain, as many of the abdominal muscles also function as spine stabilizers.
Cupping
Cupping uses a cup to pull an area of skin into a suction that decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and helps to increase the body’s own healing processes – almost like a reverse deep tissue massage.
Hot Stones
(Add on)
Hot Stone Massage blends the penetrating warmth of heated stones with the relaxation of a Swedish and Deep Tissue style massage to create a highly satisfying session. The stones help to release deep-seated tension and stress, as well as aid in healing and circulation.
Meet Our Massage Therapists
– SL
I just had a massage from Luca, a new massage therapist at Flowers Wellness where I already get excellent acupuncture. My body tells me Luca really knows what he’s doing! He merges acupressure with his massage and the results are the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. There is specific improvement in my chronic neck pain and my right hip – where I’d had a triple pelvic fracture that has given me problems since 1980. I recommend him highly.

So happy to share my experience with Ivy at Flowers Wellness, truly an incredible
massage therapist with a deep knowledge and understanding of the body. She is a master at working on problem areas and does so with great care and kindness. Highly recommend.

I was a licensed massage therapist for nine years and in addition to treating patients, I’ve received many different types of massage modalities. I have been very impressed with Ivy’s therapeutic talents. Her treatments pull the best from a range of disciplines and combines them to offer a one-of-a-kind healing experience. I highly recommend Ivy to add to everyone’s health regimen.
