Dr. Laura Flowers, DACM, LAc
For 15 years, Laura Flowers has been helping a diversity of people, of all ages. Her treatments use an approach that is both individualized and integrative and her relationship with patients is collaborative. Listening is the most important piece of this collaboration.
When there is a sense of depletion or disconnection, treatment needs to reflect that complexity and allow a balance of reserve and flow to return. Patients are then able to unlock their highest potential for health and wellness.
After nine years of running a successful practice in NYC, she relocated to California. She currently practices in North, County, San Diego. Laura specializes in using Chinese herbal medicine to treat dermatological conditions and is a member of the International TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Dermatology Association.
For two decades, Laura was a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher in NYC. She taught dance at various colleges and institutions in New York. She combines this knowledge of body alignment and muscle function, from these years as a professional dancer, with her education in Eastern Asian healing modalities to help patients lead more easy, balanced lives.
For the last ten years, Laura has taught and supervised students at Pacific College of Health and Science on both the New York City and San Diego campuses while serving as a Department Chair while in New York.

Amanda Sabato, CMT
Amanda Sabato is a versatile wellness practitioner with a rich and diverse background. After working in luxury travel before the pandemic, a reignited passion in 2021 led her to shift focus and pursue her first yoga teacher training. Furthering her skillset, she soon after became a Reiki Healer, offering even more ways to support others on their healing journeys.
Most recently, she graduated from Pacific College of Health & Science and became a Certified Massage Therapist. Amanda’s approach blends breath-work, energy readings, and a variety of massage techniques—including Swedish, myofascial release, Thai yoga massage, Tui Na, and neuromuscular therapy—to create an integrative healing experience. When appropriate, she incorporates craniosacral therapy, intraoral therapy (for TMJ), cupping, gua sha, and other therapeutic modalities. Her work is deeply intuitive, fostering a holistic sense of well-being through a thoughtful, loving, and personalized approach.

Jewel Gallagher
This year Jewel celebrates 20 years in the field of esthetics. Her background includes working in high-end resorts, managing esthetics in wellness spas, and collaborating with dermatologists. With four years of specialized education in whole-body anti-aging, Jewel’s expertise distinguishes her, earning her the title of Master Holistic Aesthetician.
Unlike many holistic estheticians who simply favor organic skincare, Jewel’s choices are informed by her two-year diploma as a Holistic Health Practitioner in Herbal Science, influencing everything from the techniques she uses in the treatment room to the recommendations she shares with clients.
Jewel is deeply committed to helping her clients address their skin concerns holistically and achieve their anti-aging goals in a balanced way. As a result, she has been dedicated to continuing her education and expanding her expertise throughout her career. Her passion lies in the work she does and the peace it brings to her clients.
Since completing her schooling in 2010, she has continued to expand her skills. Her study of spiritual connection, guided by several teachers, has enabled her to connect with clients on a deeper energetic level through what she calls Energetic Body Scanning. She incorporates this into most of her services, along with sound therapy attunement to help clear and rebalance energy in specific areas of the body.
Outside of her career in holistic wellness, Jewel enjoys spending time with family and friends in nature, enjoying scenic views, hiking, watching her nieces play sports, reading, or relaxing at the beach. Like many of her clients, we believe you’ll find her services to be more than just a facial—they’re an entire experience.
